Jim Williams has over 38 years of successful public and private sector experience, with over 18 years in the Senior Executive Service, leading major federal program and acquisition organizations. His Federal Government experience encompasses a wide area of expertise and includes designing, building, delivering and running outstanding critical and transformational programs, as well as acquisition operations in several government agencies. Notable examples include Acting Administrator of the General Services Administration, the first GSA Federal Acquisition Service Commissioner, and a leader of the IRS procurement organization.
Greg Rothwell has over 45 years of successful public and private sector experience, including a 34-year career in the federal acquisition community. He served in ten different agencies, including most recently the Departments of Homeland Security (DHS) and Treasury. He was responsible for standing up and growing some of the Government’s largest procurement programs. He brings a deep knowledge of government procurement processes and procedures and a keen understanding of how the government prefers to work with the private sector.
Dave Grant is a senior executive with over 34 years of experience in procurement, acquisition, program management, and leadership with 18 years in the Senior Executive Service. He served at Department of Homeland Security as FEMA’s Associate Administrator for Mission Support and as FEMA’s Chief Procurement Officer. Prior to that Dave served as Chief, Agency-Wide Shared Services (AWSS) for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and as IRS Director, Office of Procurement. He is seen as an experienced leader of organizations across multiple Departments as well as representing the Agency with OMB, the Administration, Capitol Hill and Industry.
Greg Giddens is a senior executive with over 35 years of experience in engineering, management, leadership, procurement, and program management with 16 years as a member of the Senior Executive Service. He served as the Principal Executive Director for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Modernization, as Chief Acquisition Officer (CAO) for the Department, and also as the Principal Executive Director for the Office of Acquisition, Logistics and Construction at VA. Greg has considerable experience establishing effective relationships with stakeholders across a broad spectrum including the White House, Cabinet Agencies, Congress, and the private sector.
